Emmerdale viewers left in hysterics after Charity and Ross catch Adam and Victoria getting steamy with a CUCUMBER

EMMERDALE fans were left howling with laughter last night when couple Adam and Victoria were caught out having a secret romp in The Woolpack kitchen – and using a cucumber.

The frisky pair, who seem to have rekindled their romance, were interrupted by Ross and Charity during a vegetable-themed fumble, making for a very awkward scene – though viewers were happy to see them back together.

The duo’s steamy encounter was cut short when Adam’s half-brother Ross, who had been rowing with Charity about their son Moses, entered the kitchen and found the pair on the floor, cucumber in hand.

Seeing as the pair have previously had sex in that very same kitchen they were hardly breaking new ground, but the use of the root vegetable speaks volumes about the Woolpack’s health and safety standards.

Viewers were loving the scene, with one writing on Twitter: "I hope Victoria doesn’t use that cucumber in someone’s salad."

Another joked: "Adam and Victoria playing a bit of ‘hide the cucumber’."

Giggling fans may have disapproved of the kitchen incident, but they were happy that the husband and wife had finally decided to give in to their mutual attraction again.

Earlier this year they went through a heartbreaking split – after their hopes of having kids were dashed by the revelation Adam was infertile.

Seems he’s got no problems with getting aroused, though, particularly if salad components are involved.

Cucumber romps weren’t even the barmiest thing happening on Emmerdale last night – as an actual ghost came to hunt the village, and killer Emma Barton was spooked.
